Annual General Meeting

The 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held May 23rd at the Happy Nun Cafe in Forget, Sk. 

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to:

1. Receive the financial statements and the report of the District’s auditor

2. Appoint the auditor for the ensuing year

3. Elect directors to the Board

4. Receive the Annual Report of the District

5. Review constitution/bylaw changes brought forward
